Spicy Pimento Cheese

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 3 cups sharp cheddar shredded cheese
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced fine
- 1 - (4 oz) jar pimento peppers, drained
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
- Allow cream cheese to sit out at room temp to soften (to speed up this process cut cream cheese into cubes and place in a bowl at room temp).
- Once cream cheese has softened, add ingredients listed to a large mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer, or stand mixer to fully combine all ingredients.
- Pimento cheese can be used for a spread on sandwiches or as more of a dip with crackers and veggies!
