Best Meatballs

Makes Approximately 25 Meatballs
Nutrition Facts - 101 calories, 7g protein, 8g fat, 0.3g carbs (per meatball)
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork (can sub ground turkey to reduce fat content)
- ½ cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Mix together all listed ingredients until well combined.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and place a cooling rack inside. Spray rack with non-stick cooking spray. This will allow the grease to drip from the meatballs while cooking.
- Roll mixture into bite sized meatballs (recipe makes approximately 25 meatballs) and place on a cooling rack.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 F. You can top with your favorite marinara or eat by themselves. Both are delicious!
