Cheeseburger Eggrolls

Makes 10 Servings - 2 rolls per serving.

Nutrition Facts - 381 calories, 25g protein, 18g fat, 26g carbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lbs 90/10 ground beef
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle, diced
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz pkg of Nasoya egg roll wraps

 Directions:

  1. In large skillet, heat oil and add onion and beef. Cook until beef is browned through. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. While beef mixture is cooking, in a large mixing bowl add pickles, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cheese.
  3. Once beef mixture is finished, add to bowl with other ingredients. Mix together thoroughly.
  4. Spoon approximately 2 Tbsp of meat mixture into egg roll wrappers. Wet top edge of wrapper and roll.
  5. In a preheated skillet filled with 1" of high smoke point oil (like avocado or grape seed) drop eggrolls and cook until browned on each side 
  6. Enjoy with your choice of favorite dipping sauce
